The apartments are situated in the area of Stancija Vergotini, which is only 1,800 m away from the centre of Poreč. Apartments are an ideal holiday for families with children, but also rest for those who wish to escape from noise and the vicinity of towns. Only a few minutes away, there are the beaches of Špadići and Materada, proud bearers of the Blue Flag award (a prestigious award, given by the international organisation FEE, as proof of top tourist service, based on clean sea and preserved coastline, as well as well-equipped and tended beaches and marinas). Apartments ALMA are modern apartments, fully furnished, equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, which is included in the price. The kitchen has a toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The apartments have terraces overlooking the garden. There guests can also have an outdoor barbecue and private parking. Pets are allowed. Apartment ALMA 1 has an open terrace, living room is connected with kitchen. In the living room is a sofa bed for two people. The apartment has two bedrooms. In one bedroom has a double bed for two persons, in another room is a single bed. The bathroom has a shower. Apartment ALMA 2 has a closed glass-fronted terrace overlooking the garden, which is equipped with table and chairs. There is also an armchair that extends for one person. The living room is connected with kitchen. The living room has a sofa bed (sofa) which can sleep 1-2 people. The bathroom has a hairdryer.
