The Carmel apartment, Mesnička street, at the foot of the Upper town, is hidden in the backyard of a beautiful building built in 1870, a monument of culture, near the Tuškanac wood. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible by stairs only. The neighbourhood is very safe, and the backyard, sunny and full of plants, is peaceful and quiet. The building is old and the walls thick, so the apartment is warm in the winter and has a pleasantly mild natural temperature in the summer, but it also has air conditioning. The capacity is 4 persons, with 2 separate bedrooms - 1 queen-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, 1 single bedroom, and a living room with a sofa. A bright living room with a kitchen fully equipped for cooking exits on to an intimate terrace. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, a fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing mashine and a hairdryer.
