Podstrana is a picturesque little town, located along the sea, just 8 km away from Split. Kristian Apartments (3*) are located near deluxe hotel Le Meridien Lav (5 *), so it is possible to use hotel facilities: indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, Spa / Wellness center, tennis courts, jogging trails, children's club, casino, disco club, marina, restaurants and bars along the beach, etc. Kristian I Apartment is located on the first floor, Kristian II Apartment is located on the second floor of the new house, and Kristian III Apartment is located on the ground floor of the same house with the garden and the barbecue. Every apartment has a bedroom (double bed), bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (enclosed shower, toilet), a fully equipped kitchen, together with the living room where there is a large comfortable sofa. The use of air conditioner, SAT TV, Wi-Fi is free of charge. From the living room there is an exit to the large covered terrace with the outdoor furniture. The parking place in front of the house is charged and it must be reserved first. You can play pool or workout in our home qym room. The nearest beach is only 200 m away from the apartment, or 5 to 10 minutes by foot. The apartment is only a few minutes away from market, ATM, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, travel agencies, tennis courts, gyms and SPAs... We are less than a 10-min drive form Split, Diocletian's town and Dalmatian metropolis.
