The Space The apartment is on the ground floor with parking space in front of the building. It is an open-space plan with kitchen, dining room and living room with a pull-out sofa for two persons and a double bed in the bedroom. Description and equipment: Kitchen – table with four chairs Living room – expandable leather furniture (bed for two) Bathroom – shower cabin, washing machine Bedroom – double bed, built in closet, night stands, TV Loggia – place for a morning coffee (table + two chairs) Terrace (garden) – wooden bench, sunshade, rattan furniture, grill with two bar stools AC unit (cooling, heating) TV (two pieces – living room + bedroom) Satellite TV Large refrigerator with a 50 l freezer Stove (ceramic glass with four heaters and an oven) Microwave Coffee maker Complete kitchen set (mixer, chopper, inox dishes, cutlery) Tea towels Kitchen air vent Safe First aid kit Laundry rack Towels (three per person) Bed linen (changed every seven days) The Neighborhood Our apartment is located in a beautiful small town of Malinska, on Island Krk. The apartment is 500 m from the centre, shops and restaurants and 650 m from the town beach (it takes about 10 minutes on foot - very good for children because of the good entrance to the water and trees that provide shade. There are almost all families with children on that beach. There is also a shower there and several cafes on the beach and a lot of restaurants, pizza places, ice-cream shops nearby. There are other beaches along the coast for all ages- some with restaurants with music and dancing during the day! and Krk. Getting around There is bus station with buses to all destinations. If you want to explore the surrounding area, the capital Krk, with beautiful old town is just 15 minutes away by car. There are other interesting parts and places to see, a cave, vine cellars and excursions. If you are fit and want to stay in shape, a bicycle tracks will take

Please do not smoke in the apartment. Please make sure when you leave the apartment, that air conditioner is turned off- once you return, the apartment can be cooled in 5 minutes. When it is windy, I would appreciate your fixing the shutters, so that they do not bang. Thank you!
