In the vicinity of Orij, there are attractive tourist centres (Split 15 km, Omiš 6 km, Makarska 35 km) that ensure that your expectations (no matter if it is sightseeing, cultural events, monumental historical buildings or sport activities) will be fully satisfied. If you are interested in an active holiday, there are a lot of possibilities: • exploring the countryside (breath taking mountains, colorful islands, authentic villages), • jogging, rafting, canooing, diving, surfing, climbing, paragliding or other sport activities like swimming (10km and 2km Croatian Open Championship), water-polo, beach volleyball as well as popular sports like basketball or football.
