North Dalmatia

The youngest Croatian tourist destination that has over 500 islands and islets. The most famous islands are Pag, Murter, Ugljan, Pašman, Vir, Zlarin and island group of National Park Kornati and Nature Park Telašeica on Dugi Otok. It stretches from the Pag island on the north to the town Primošten on the south. The center of this part of Dalmatia is city of Zadar - an ancient city full of historical and cultural heritage, 3000 years old. Northern Dalmatia leaves all it's tourists speechless with it's natural beauty. Here are placed three national parks, NP Kornati, NP Krka and NP Paklenica. Also there are two nature parks - Telašeica and Vransko Jezero.
