Three luxuriously decorated apartments, each of 50 m2, are located in a family house on the main beach Lolić in Pirovac, which has a blue flag and where the sea is on average 4 ° C warmer than elsewhere. From the yard you go to the beach. The apartments can be used all year round because they have cooling and heating. Each apartment occupies a separate floor of the house and is suitable for 4-5 people. Each consists of an entrance hall for suitcases and things, a large living room with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The living room opens onto a large loggia overlooking the sea and Pirovac Bay, where you can stay and enjoy romantic sunsets with dinner. In the living room there is a sofa, which can be converted into two beds if needed. There is a large LCD TV + IPtv. The kitchen is equipped with utensils for 6 or more people, has a dishwasher, oven, 3 + 1 gas, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, mixer, water heater and more. The dining table is for 6 people. In the hallway there is a large built-in closet with a safe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink with cabinets and mirror, radiator for towels and underfloor heating. The bedroom has a bed 160x200 and 90x200 with anatomical mattresses and access to a small loggia facing east. Apartment is in a quiet environment, and only 200 m from the center and all necessary facilities. In the apartments you have everything you need for a pleasant and carefree stay, and you can use all the facilities that the house offers.

ADDITIONAL CONTENTS

The yard has natural shade, beach chairs and an outdoor shower with hot water can be used. Behind the house is a grill. The beach has a pine forest, it is suitable for children of all ages, on the beach there is a restaurant, pastry shop, bakery, children's play facilities, beach volleyball, tennis court, etc. In each apartment there are board games: cards, chess, etc. on the stairs you have a basket with props for tennis, badminton, ball, etc. We will welcome you with a welcome drink. We have quality bicycles that we give to our guests to use, with which you can tour the wider surroundings of Pirovac. There are over 100 kilometers of bike trails. Nearby you can rent a boat, pedal boat, jet ski and the like. According to your affinities, we can take you to Pirovačko polje, for a walk, picking herbs, picking figs, etc. Nearby are the Kornati and Krka National Park with famous waterfalls and the Vrana Lake Nature Park (bird sanctuary, fishing, cycling, ... ). At the bottom of Pirovac Bay you can use medicinal mud (peloids). Pirovac is located in the central part of Dalmatia and is well connected with all major cities. It can be reached by highway from Zagreb or Rijeka to Split, exit Pirovac, from which it is only 11 km to the place. It can be reached by plane to Zadar, and from there by bus to Pirovac or train to Sibenik, and another 20 km by bus. Bus connections are good in all directions. NOTES

Tourist tax is included in the price. Wi-Fi is free. Bed linen and towels for the bathroom are priced and are changed weekly or as needed. Use of deck chairs is free of charge. Parking for one vehicle per apartment is free.
