Nautical tourism is defined as sailing of tourists on vessels (e.g. yachts, boats, sailboats...) across the sea and their stay at marines and ports for the purpose of relaxation and recreation. Not only can you sail across the sea with your sailboats, but you can also rent sailboats in numerous marines across  the Adriatic Coast.

The most attractive marine due to being close to the Kornati islands is the marine Kornati located in Biograd na Moru. It is predicted that Croatia will at the latest until 2020. the leading nautical destination in Europe.
