We offer you 3 studio apartments (2 persons + possibility of adding auxiliary bed for 1 person) and 3 two-bedroom apartments (4 persons + possibility of adding double bed for 2 persons). Ulix apartments are situated in a quiet location, on the border between Brela and Baska Voda. Distance from the sea is 150 m, and near is the supermarket and restaurants. All apartments are newly renovated, with sea views, spacious balcony, kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. Included in price: air-conditioning, TV, Wi/Fi access, parking space in front of the house, towels (change every 3 days), linen (change every 7 days), final cleaning, tourist tax. Guests have acces to shared pool in the courtyard and , small gym on the ground floor and shared washmachine on the ground floor (use is free of charge).
