Dalmatian cuisine has been formed under the influence of many Eastern, Western, and Southern cultures. Fresh sea fish and meat with a lot of raw and cooked vegetables, rounded with various spices are dominating the Dalmatian menu. You can degustate and enjoy clean shark meat, gilt poll, sea bass, and anchovy fish grilled, breadcrumbed and marinated. There are also various molluscs like calamary, cuttlefish and octopus, together with crabs and oysters stewed or prepared like risotto with numerous sauces to enjoy.
