The reservation is confirmed by email and advance payment of 100 € to the owner's bank account. Upon advance payment, the guest receives by email the lease agreement for the facility in a certain period with all the details from the offer. The remaining rental amount is paid on the day of arrival in cash. In case of cancellation, the advance is refunded: - up to 90 days before arrival in the amount of 100% less bank charges - up to 60 days before arrival in the amount of 50% less bank charges If canceled within 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable! Arrivals are in high season - July and August - on Saturdays or Sundays.
