The house is beautifully decorated and is the ideal place for a holiday by the sea, active vacation and relaxation with sightseeing possibilities of different beautiful area. An ideal place as a starting point for a tour of the interior of Istria and Rovinj, Medulin, Fažana, Brijuni National Park, Nature Park Kamenjak, near the very beautiful and different beaches on the Istrian coast. In half of the house lives the owner and the other half of the house is rented. You're completely alone in 130m2 with separate entrance and the apartment on two floors. The building is very nice, located opposite a large pine forest, ideal for running and walking, you have a large yard with parking, fenced. You have free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
