The Carpe Diem apartment is a completely equipped unit in a building overlooking the famous Zagreb Cathedral and the beautiful Medvednica. It is available for daily rental from 1 October 2017 and even though it is registered as a 3-star apartment, it will offer you the luxury and comfort of a 4-star one. It is located on the first floor and has a charming view to the northern part of the city and a park. It is entirely furnished, covers 53 square meters and has a balcony overlooking greenery and a park. There is an elevator going from the basement or the ground floor to the apartment. In the comfort of the apartment you can enjoy free flat-rate fibre-optic internet with Wi-Fi connection, TV with about 100 programs, board games, brochures with diverse tourism offers for Zagreb and its surroundings, etc. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable large double bed (180x200 cm), with the possibility of setting up an extra bed for a child (free of charge for younger than 12), or for a child over 12 or an adult with payment. In the living room there is a cosy leather pull-out sofa (140x200 cm) with a separate corresponding mattress. The apartment has heating and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, a dishwasher and a washing machine, as well as a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and floor heating in the bathroom. In the close proximity of the building there is a tram stop, from which the line 6 will take you to Ban Jelacic square in ten minutes. Also, within a pleasant ten-minute walk from the apartment there is the Savica market, with a tempting offer of local products. Enjoy all the more desirable destination of wonderful city of Zagreb, Croatia's capital with numerous cultural and historical features.
