This beautifu country house is located in a peaceful area of small village called Marčana, just 15 km from Pula. If you need peace, relax, holiday with beautiful nature beach this is a right place for you. Don't waste your time, house Lucky is waiting for you. :) It is located in a center of the village,50 m from shop, 100m from a restaurant and 12 km from the beach. The house has two floor apartment, and it is fully equipped for 6 persons. On the ground floor are bathroom with washing machine, separate living room and kitchen. Kitchen is furnished with electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dining table.On the first floor you have room for 2-3 perosn with small kitchen and bathroom. Other 2 rooms, one with 2 single beda, and one with double bed, have a separate entrance from the balcony. Guest have at their disposal terrace with barbecue and garden, TV/satellite, internet and parking. The property is 10 minutes drive away from the airport and 15 minutes drive away from the center of Pula. It is in a private location 100 m away from the road that runs through the town dividing it in two parts. In the other part which is 10 minutes walk away from the property is the centre with shops , bars, post office and bank. Also, for a very good restaurant you don't have to drive long – restaurant Luna is only 5 minutes drive away from the property as well as restaurant Vesna whose owners produce delicious Istrian cheese. The nearest beach to the property is in Duga Uvala, 15 minutes drive away, or you can visit one of the beautiful beaches in Pula – 20 minutes drive away. Pula has very good gastronomic scene and it abounds with excellent restaurants both in the very centre and surrounding areas. MARČANA Welcome to Marčana, a municipality in the south east of Istria boasting many areas of unspoilt nature and valuable historical monuments. This is the ideal destination for all those looking for a different kind of holiday, away from the summer crowds and bustling seaside resorts.
