Near the historical town of Trogir lies the beautiful island of Drvenik Mali, where there is an autochthonous stone house built in the early 20th century, prepared to give you the pleasure of staying close to one of the most popular destinations in Croatia. The stone house was completely renovated in 2017, contains a terrace with stone grill and garden furniture (wooden dining table with appropriate bench and wooden chairs), living room (extra bed for 2 persons, TV, air conditioning), room (with two Single beds) and an open gallery (with double bed), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric stove, dishes and cutlery) and bathroom (toilet, shower). The house is ideal for families with children, young couples, elderly people or a company that is eager to spend time together. The size of the house is 50m2 (ground floor 38m2 and gallery 12m2) capacity for 6 persons, pets are welcome, internet is provided and all bed linen and towels are provided. The house is supplied with water from the water tank so guests are asked to use it optimally. To the island drives a ferry boat that departs from Trogir three times a day and sails for more than an hour. Check-in and check-out time is by arrangement. From the ferry dock to the house there is a predominantly macadam road length of 700 m, but it is possible to reach with the car just near the house. Considering the size of the island, there is a small distance to the various beaches across the island. To the nearest beach there is only 230m which is about a 7 minute walk. There are several restaurants, bakeries, cafés and shops on the island. The landscaped garden of 200 m2 with centuries-old olive trees between which the swinging net is attached, additionally contributes to a relaxing atmosphere. The combination of modern and Robinson style gives the perfect atmosphere to anyone who wants a vacation away from the everyday crowd of the city, and does not want to be deprived of other benefits of modern accommodation. Drvenik Mali is an island of peace, silence, unique natural beauty and an exceptionally clean sea without too much crowd on beautiful beaches. This is the perfect holiday destination "far from civilization".
