Private house with three apartments and a swimming pool Our private house and 3 apartments are located in a quiet street, opposite the pine forest, and just two kilometers from the nearest beach (Verudela), as well as from the city center. In the outside area there is a garden with lots of mediterranean plants and palm trees available for the guests. The pool, located on the back side of the house has complete privacy and has a beautiful beach around with comfortable garden furniture. There are 2 places for a barbeque in the garden. In front of the house there is a parking for our guests. All of our flats are fully equipped and made for families and couples holiday. We believe it is very important that you feel like you are at home and we have tried to achieve such an atmosphere in the apartments and in the garden. One hundred meters from the house there is a bus stop to go to the city. Small shops, restaurants, and even larger shopping centers are available nearby. APPARTMENT A3 - a modern appartment with the direct view to the pool! Apartment A3 (5 person) has a separate entrance and two terraces with direct access to the pool. It is located on the back side and provides maximum privacy, has an area of 55 sq m. It is modern and spacious and therefore an ideal choice for families or couples. This apartment has two bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other one with three single beds. There is a spacious living room and dining room with fireplace and LCD TV. Here is also a sofa couch. The apartment is air conditioned, has a separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment has two terraces, one with the view out of the bedroom and another one, the main terrace overlooking the pool. APPARTMENT A2 - comfortable appartment with a view to the garden! Apartment A2 (4 persons) is located on the first floor of our house and has a living space of about 50 square meters. This apartment has two bedrooms, one with 2 beds and the other with 1 double bed. It has a living room and dining room with the kitchen in one. Here is a sofa couch available. The apartment is air conditioned, and the bathroom has a shower. Appartment has a small terrace overlooking the garden. APPARTMENT A1 - romantic appartment overlooking the mediterranean garden! Appartment A1 (2 + 2 persons) is located on the ground floor of our house and has a living space of about 45 square meters. This apartment has a romantic bedroom with a double bed. There is a cozy living room with sofa bed for two people. Brand new kitchen with all necessary equipment has a dining table for 4 people. The apartment is air conditioned, the bathroom has a shower. The apartment has a small terrace in the garden surrounded by palm trees and a variety of Mediterranean plants.
