APARTMENTS ARE COMPLETELY RENOVATED. Apartments are situated in private house in one of the most desirable places in Pula, distant only 100-150m from one of the most beautiful beaches in Pula called Gortanova uvala. The house has big garden where gests can sit,, use barbecue and enjoy the smell of pine tree forest. The parking places are next to the courtyard. Way to the beach leads through the wood. Next to the beach is big promenade and beach bar with a little park for children. The nearest restaurant is 50m distant, fish restaurant is 200m, supermarket 200m, butcher's shop 200m, wine bar 200m, sandwich bar 200m, pub 400m, pharmacy 300m, market square 400m, bus station 200m, tennis courts 300m, bank 400m, post office 500m, bike to rent 200m etc. On the request we can rent baby bed, baby eat chair (for free), baby pushchair. In the apartment you have also salt, sugar, pepper,. Apartment (2+1) A consists of living room (with sofa which can be used as bed), bedroom with twin bed on which are anatomic mattresses, kitchen, bathroom, balcony. On the balcony is the table on which the guests can eat. Apartment has air conditioning, tv satelite, dishes, coffee maker, water cooker, toaster, bedclothes, towels, hairdryer etc. Free internet. Apartment (2+1) B consists of living room , bedroom with twin bed on which are anatomic mattresses, kitchen, bathroom, 2 balconies. On one balcony you can sit all day in shade. In the living room is a sofa which can be used as bed and an extra bed 175 cm long. Apartment has air conditioning, tv satelite, dishes, coffee maker, water cooker, toaster, bedclothes, towels, hairdryer etc. Free internet.

On the balconies of both apartments guests can enjoy the shade and eat. Guests can rent a baby stroller, crib, baby high chair (free), baby carrier. All on request. Air conditioning is extra charged 3 EUR per day if used. Free internet access. We are available for any information during your stay in the apartment. We can offer you a free shuttle service from / to the airport. Apartments can be rented for a longer time. Price negotiable. It is especially interesting off-season (lower prices) for guests who want to get on holiday or guests who come on business ..


NOTES

Residential tax is included in price. The deposit is negotiable. Arrival and departure by appointment. Ideal arrival time is 14h and 10h departure. Price for only one night price is 30%.
