Welcome to St. Filip Jakov to the "Tourist" apartments in the 2023 season 😀 We offer two apartments in a house located in a quiet neighborhood. The newly renovated two-room apartment (apartment 4+1) has an area of ​​55 m2. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen with a living room (+ extra bed), a modern bathroom and a large, covered terrace (20m2). The apartment has its own entrance. The capacity of the apartment is 5 people. Studio apartment (studio+1) has an area of ​​35m2. The apartment is newly renovated. It consists of a larger room and bathroom, and a large terrace (15m2) with an awning. The apartment has its own entrance. The capacity of the apartment is 3 people. The terraces of the apartments are separated. A large barbecue, additional outdoor shower and covered, free parking are in the yard. Each apartment has air conditioning, a large flat TV, a kettle, a fridge with a large freezer and an oven. Tourist tax, wi-fi and bed linen are included in the price. To the beach, market, bakery, ATM and shops, go in the same direction. Arrival is after 1 pm, departure by 9 am. Advance payment is 25%. Near the apartment are the amusement park "Mirnovec" (3km), three national parks (Krka-45km, Paklenica-80km and Kornati) and two nature parks (Vransko jezero-3km and Telašćica) and the Kamenjak viewpoint.
