New apartments in the old town of Nin, situated 10m from the sea, near the center where are most important tourist attractions,restaurants,caffé-bars,shops,museum, bank and entertaiment. Two sandy beaches are around, closer, one with kite-boarding school is just 100m away, the other is the longest croatian sandy beach, known of its medicine mud, 1,5 km down the road.
