Villa G. is a luxury holiday home in Imotski, a picturesque small town in the Dalmatian hinterland. Being nestled only 24km from the city of Makarska and the most beutiful beaches of the Adriatic coast,Imotski boasts a unique location and the most pleasant climate. The town itself is worthy of exploring and offers plentiful attractions, Red and Blue Lake being the most famous ones. The town is hidden away from the hustle and bustle of modern life but still offers all the necessary facilities. If you seek for more tourist gems, you can take an hour drive to Split, Mostar, Medjugorje or Krka Falls – all of them so diverse and unique.Split is well-known for its Roman monuments, a palm-lined proemenade and a laid-back vibe. Mostar, on the other hand, is famous for the Old Bridge and the Ottoman achitecture with plenty of traditional restaurants, market stalls etc. The town of Medjugorje has been an unofficial place of Catholic pilgrimage since the Virgin Mary allegedly appeared on Apparition Hill in 1981. Finally, the seven travertine waterfalls of the Krka river are the stunning natural phenomenon worthy of visit. If you spend most of your time in our residence, you will be provided with ample comfort, entertainment and leisure. The house is located at 3160m2 highly fenced area . It comprises 7 comfortable bedrooms, 3 spacious living rooms, two kitchens fully equipped with modern fixtures and appliances,4 bathrooms, 1 toilette and 1 game room which provides various entertainment options (billiard, darts, table fooball, PS4 Pro). For vast outdoor enjoyment, there is a heated overflow swimming pool located just in front of the house. This modern 98m2 pool is equipped with a geyser, massage jets, a waterfall fountain and a rain curtain. It is lined with comfortable sunbeds where you can soak up the sun. Otherwise, spend your time in the barbeque gazebo with a spacious dining area and an outdoor kitchenette. The barbeque spot faces the pool and the lush green area with huge trees which provide not only natural shade but also fresh and clean air. You can also indulge in playing mini golf in this natural park. Adjacent to the gazebo is a glass-walled indoor space with a large leisure area and a cosy kitchenette. If you take the wooden staircase from there, you will get to the stone underground area which oozes peaceful atmosphere. This basement is a mixture of modern and ancient architecture and it has a wide glass wall which faces the pool and offers stunning underwater views. Villa G. is easily accessible from the main road, but is still secluded and provides you with privacy and intimacy. All the restaurants, groceries, supermarkets or other facilities are within a short driving or walking distance.
