Villa "Manta" Crikvenica Croatia The villa is located 2.5 km from the sea in a beautiful forest that offers peace and quiet without noise and neighbors. The villa has two apartments smaller on the ground floor and larger on the first floor. There is a large garden with parking and swimming pool. the villa is air conditioned. 1st floor apartment has 110 square meters. Two bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms and kitchen with dining area. One bedroom has a double bed for two people, the other has a double bed + one 90x200 and a cot. The living room has a sofa that extends into a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator and all necessary equipment. The dining room has a large table for 6 people. 2nd apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of 2x bedroom, living room with dining area, bathroom. The room has a double bed, cots, the second bedroom has two comfortable 90x200 single beds and a direct entrance to the pool. The living room has a sofa. The kitchen has a dining room. In front of the 1st apartment is a large terrace and on the right side of the house is another covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue of 60 square meters. In front of the house is a large overflow HEATED pool with sea water which is equipped with massage jets and a bench. next to the pool is a shower and around the pool are sun loungers. In a special room on the ground floor there is a washing machine that everyone can use. The whole area around the house is fenced and there are places to park more cars. The front door is on the remote. Behind the house are three swings, toys for children.
