The kitchen has a dining room. In front of the first apartment is a large terrace, on the right side of the house is another covered terrace with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue area of ​​60m2. As a new feature since 2024, all terraces are under the roof, which has increased the outdoor space for guests in case of rain or heat. In front of the house is a large overflow HEATED pool with sea water, which is equipped with massage jets and a bench for sitting. There is a shower by the pool and around the pool are sun loungers. In a separate room on the ground floor there is a washing machine that everyone can use. The entire area around the house is fenced and there is space for parking several cars.
