The apartments of different sizes are located in a family house located in one of the nicer and quieter streets in Selc, a settlement that is part of the town of Crikvenica, only about 250 m away or about a 3-4 minute walk to the sea and the beach. It is very easy to get to the house and it is not difficult to find it, by turning off the main road after the bus stop in the direction of the sea. The house is about 350 m from the center of Selce, or about a 5-minute walk, where there are shops, Konzum market, post office, exchange offices, pharmacy, tourist information center, restaurants, coffee bars, pastry shops, souvenir shops, port. The nearest restaurant is located about 200 m from the house, as well as a small shop. About 100 m from the house there is also a small clinic, while the tourist clinic and emergency room are in the center of Crikvenica. The center of Crikvenica is about 3 km away, which can be reached by a promenade along the sea itself. On the nearest beach there is a diving center with all accompanying facilities, only about 250 m away or a 3-4 minute walk from the house.

ADDITIONAL CONTENTS

Free unlimited use of the Internet (Wi-fi). The possibility of using the modernly arranged and equipped fitness center only for guests of the house for an extra charge in the peak season. Outside the peak season, the use of the fitness center is included in the price of the stay. The possibility of free use of the garden grill in agreement with the owner of the house, with mandatory cleaning by the user after use. Provided free parking in the closed, fenced and guarded courtyard of the house, which is under video surveillance, for 1 personal vehicle per apartment. For each additional vehicle, there is a possibility of free parking on the road in front of the house. The possibility of organizing transfers from and to airports.


NOTES

To confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total price of the accommodation is required. The remaining amount of the accommodation price is paid directly in the house exclusively in cash upon arrival and check-in. Published prices are valid for 3 or more nights. For 1-2 nights, which are an exception when it is acceptable, the published price is increased by 30%. Pets are also welcome in our apartments with an extra charge of €10 per day per pet, with strict observance of the rules on keeping pets in the apartments. Check-in: after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, Check-out: until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. We do not accept group reservations for staying in several apartments at the same time. Only guests registered in a particular apartment may stay in the accommodation unit. Any stay or visits by guests of other apartments in the house or visits by other persons to the accommodation units or the environment of the house by persons who are not guests in a particular apartment or house is not allowed. Residential tax is included in price, By paying the advance payment, the offer for the reserved period of stay is accepted and the reservation is confirmed. The rest of the price of the stay according to the accepted offer is paid at the house exclusively in cash immediately upon arrival and check-in. Subsequent changes to the accepted offer and confirmed reservation for the reserved period of stay from the offer are not possible. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation, the advance payment represents a cancellation fee to the renter for the canceled reservation.
